Last Updated: March 2026
Dubai, United Arab Emirates

This Privacy Policy explains how SKGO Group of Companies collects, uses, stores and protects personal information provided by individuals who interact with our website, services and business operations. By using our website or contacting us, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

Section 01

Who We Are

SKGO Group of Companies is a Dubai-based group operating three business divisions: Sandeep Kaushal Real Estate, Sandeep Kaushal General Trading LLC and Sandeep Kaushal Building Contracting. Our registered office is located at Al Garhoud Complex, Garhoud, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

For the purpose of this policy, “SKGO”, “we”, “us” or “our” refers to SKGO Group of Companies and all its operating divisions. “You” refers to any individual who visits our website, submits an enquiry, or engages with our services.

This policy applies to all personal data collected through our website at skgocompanies.ae, our contact forms, telephone interactions and any other channel through which we receive your information.

Section 02

Information We Collect

We collect personal information that you provide to us directly, as well as certain technical data generated when you visit our website. The categories of information we may collect include:

Information You Give Us

  • Your full name and contact details, including phone number and email address, when you submit an enquiry through our contact form or call us directly.
  • The nature of your service interest — for example, whether you are enquiring about real estate, general trading or building contracting — as selected or described in your message.
  • Any additional information you choose to include in the message field of our contact form, such as project details, property requirements or trading specifications.
  • Records of correspondence if you contact us by email or post.

Information Collected Automatically

  • Basic technical data such as your browser type, the pages you visit on our website and the general geographic region from which you access our site, collected through standard web server logs.
  • Cookie data as described in Section 8 of this policy.

We do not collect sensitive personal data such as financial account details, passport numbers or identification documents through our website. Any such documents required as part of a formal service engagement are handled through secure, separate communication channels.

Section 03

How We Use Your Data

We use the personal information we collect for the following purposes:

  1. Responding to your enquiry. When you contact us through our website or by phone, we use your name and contact details to follow up with the relevant information or to arrange a consultation.
  2. Delivering our services. If you engage SKGO for real estate, trading or contracting services, we use your information to carry out the work and manage our relationship with you throughout the engagement.
  3. Maintaining our records. We keep records of enquiries and client interactions for internal administration and to ensure continuity of service.
  4. Complying with legal obligations. We may use or retain your data where required by UAE law, regulatory authority requirements or court order.
  5. Improving our website and services. Aggregated, non-identifiable technical data helps us understand how our website is used so we can improve its content and performance.

We do not use your personal data for automated decision-making or profiling. We do not send unsolicited marketing communications without your prior consent.

Section 04

Legal Basis for Processing

We process personal data in accordance with applicable UAE data protection legislation, including the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL) and any associated implementing regulations.

Our legal bases for processing your personal data are as follows:

  • Your consent — where you have submitted an enquiry form or otherwise voluntarily provided us with your contact details for the purpose of receiving a response.
  • Performance of a contract — where processing is necessary to deliver the services you have engaged us to provide.
  • Legal obligation — where we are required to process or retain data to comply with UAE law or regulatory requirements.
  • Legitimate interests — where processing is necessary for the administration of our business, provided those interests are not overridden by your rights and interests.
Section 05

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes. We may share your information in the following limited circumstances:

  • Within the SKGO Group. Your information may be shared between our real estate, general trading and building contracting divisions where it is relevant to your enquiry or service engagement.
  • With professional advisers. We may share information with lawyers, accountants or other advisers where necessary to carry out our business activities or comply with legal obligations.
  • With regulatory authorities. We will disclose personal data to UAE government bodies, law enforcement or regulatory authorities where required to do so by applicable law.
  • With service providers. We may share data with trusted third-party service providers who assist us with website hosting or IT services, strictly under confidentiality agreements and only to the extent necessary.

Any third party with whom we share data is required to handle it securely and in accordance with applicable data protection laws. We do not permit them to use your data for any purpose beyond what is necessary.

Section 06

Data Retention

We retain your personal data only for as long as is necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law.

  • Enquiry records are generally retained for up to two years from the date of your enquiry, unless a formal service engagement follows.
  • Client records relating to completed service engagements are retained for a minimum of five years from the conclusion of the engagement, in accordance with UAE commercial and regulatory requirements.
  • Website technical logs are retained for a maximum of 90 days before being deleted or anonymised.

Once data is no longer needed, it is securely deleted or anonymised so that it can no longer be linked to you as an individual.

Section 07

Your Rights

Under UAE data protection law, you have the following rights in relation to your personal data:

  • Right to access — you may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Right to correction — you may ask us to correct any inaccurate or incomplete information we hold about you.
  • Right to erasure — you may request that we delete your personal data, subject to any legal retention obligations we are subject to.
  • Right to restrict processing — you may ask us to limit how we use your data in certain circumstances.
  • Right to withdraw consent — where processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to withdrawal.
  • Right to lodge a complaint — you have the right to raise a complaint with the UAE Data Office if you believe your data has been handled incorrectly.

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us using the details provided in Section 13. We will respond to all requests within 30 days.

Section 11

Children’s Privacy

Our website and services are not directed at children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under that age. If you believe a child has submitted personal information through our website, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of our website or services following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
